Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and immersive interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for 2026 tech ecosystem integration
- Analyze emerging technologies to identify commercialization opportunities and competitive advantages
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and technology assessment frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with focus on future technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, neurotech interfaces, or decentralized systems
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology domains (2018-2023)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives with Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological scenarios
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (preferred)
