Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable systems focused on 2026 readiness standards.
- Define the technical strategy for integrating Generative AI and Spatial Computing into core products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment of futuristic technologies.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and establish best practices for high-concurrency environments.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical audits to ensure system integrity.
- Predict emerging technology trends and integrate them into our long-term product roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams through complex digital transformations.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, Python, and Rust is highly desirable.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
