Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen technologies

- Secure $50M+ in government/private innovation grants
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and academic institutions
- Present breakthrough concepts to Fortune 500 executive boards
- Drive patent portfolios for 50+ emerging technology domains
- Mentor PhD researchers in applied innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of scaling R&D budgets >$100M
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or climate tech
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
- Security clearance eligibility (Top Secret preferred)
- Experience with ISO 26000 and ESG frameworks
