Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions and recommend portfolio adjustments
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in scaling tech products to global markets
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, biotech convergence
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, MIT Tech Review, or similar
- Experience with regulatory landscape for frontier technologies
- MBA or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Fluency in tech scenario planning methodologies
