- Develop implementation roadmaps for innovative solutions across IoT, blockchain, and biotech sectors
- Partner with R&D to translate theoretical innovations into commercial-ready products
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build cross-functional innovation labs with academic and industry partners
- Monitor regulatory landscapes affecting emerging technologies in 2026
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or emerging technology roles
- Proven experience with technology forecasting and market disruption analysis
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Strong stakeholder management with executive-level presentation skills
