Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy framework, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Manage cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future technology concepts
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure strategic initiatives' impact on 2026 business goals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, blockchain, IoT, biotech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder management
