Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 technology strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives and market disruption forecasts.
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, evaluating, and integrating emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology).
- Develop predictive models for tech adoption and competitive disruption across 15+ industry verticals.
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions for R&D acceleration.
- Present tech roadmaps to the board and secure $50M+ annual innovation budget allocations.
- Oversee the creation of a future-focused innovation lab with cutting-edge prototyping capabilities.
- Drive organizational change management to embed future-ready tech culture across 500+ employees.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or venture capital with proven 2026-tech foresight.
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech, etc.).
- Track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to $100M+ revenue impact.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in futurism.
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in predictive analytics and scenario modeling tools.
- Global network of tech innovators and policymakers with access to exclusive tech summits.
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or 4IR implications.
- Fluency in tech ecosystem valuation methodologies (real options analysis, S-curves).
