Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum AI, biotech convergence, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions with rapid iteration cycles
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global innovators
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Drive adoption of ethical frameworks for responsible innovation in high-stakes domains
- Curate annual '2026 Vision Summit' showcasing industry-shaping prototypes and research
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders accelerator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurism with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-disrupting technologies
- Advanced degree in relevant field (Physics, AI, Bioengineering, or Futures Studies)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis with published thought leadership
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 technology predictions with >80% accuracy
