Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype and scale emerging technologies for 2026 deployment
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, blockchain, and quantum computing solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market potential
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders for tech validation
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and investors securing $10M+ budgets
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026 tech ecosystem components
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years experience in emerging tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions from concept to market
