Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen digital experiences
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives with data-backed recommendations
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough solutions with 3-5 year horizons
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring innovation ROI and adoption velocity
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or emerging tech consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Proven track record of scaling digital transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi techniques)
- Experience building innovation ecosystems within tech companies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-focused projects
