Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent technical discipline
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in developing future-ready roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in systems thinking, trend analysis, and scenario modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies' societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACIF, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published thought leadership
