Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-gen solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech into customer offerings
- Present strategic insights to investors, board members, and industry stakeholders
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and conference keynotes
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products/services
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into business strategy
- Experience managing R&D budgets and cross-functional teams of 20+
- Certifications in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
