- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal future-tech talent pipeline
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on enterprise transformation
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and carbon-negative systems
- Track record of launching successful future-focused products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Strong network with global research institutions and tech innovation hubs
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and investor audiences
- Experience with agile methodologies for long-term project execution
