Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology forecasting for 2026-2030 horizon across AI, quantum, biotech, and sustainable tech domains
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Manage cross-functional R&D projects with $10M+ budgets and 50+ technical teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for emerging tech integration
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Monitor global tech policy developments and ensure compliance with emerging regulations
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation team of 15+ technical specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 disruptive tech products or platforms
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or climate tech
- Experience scaling technical teams and managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts into business strategy
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) or technology foresight methodologies
