- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and venture partnerships
- Author thought leadership publications for industry summits
- Mentor junior innovators in futures methodology and design thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and risk modeling
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI governance, and climate tech
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Experience securing federal SBIR grants and corporate venture funding
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
