- Oversee cross-functional R&D teams across 4 global innovation centers
- Drive patent strategy targeting 50+ filings in next-gen tech domains
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Experience securing $50M+ in VC/government funding for R&D initiatives
- Fluency in strategic frameworks like Porter's Five Forces and SWOT analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
