Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, and product managers
- Identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year market disruption potential
- Secure $50M+ annual R&D budget through stakeholder negotiations
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Drive patent portfolio expansion with 15+ new filings annually
- Establish industry thought leadership through keynotes and white papers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Executive presence with board-level presentation experience
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conferences
- Experience managing $10M+ R&D budgets
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or German preferred
