Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or Sustainability Engineering
- 3+ years experience developing production-level machine learning systems
- Proficiency in carbon footprint calculation tools (e.g., Green Algorithms, CodeCarbon)
- Expertise in model optimization techniques (distillation, pruning, quantization)
- Understanding of circular computing principles and e-waste reduction
- Strong Python skills with experience in ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Published research in sustainable AI or related conferences preferred
