Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap for Horizon Innovations
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum AI, biotech integration, and sustainable tech
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive advantages
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage R&D partnerships with leading academic institutions and tech incubators
- Oversee prototype development and feasibility studies for 2026 product launches
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of bold experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products with market impact
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Strong presentation skills for executive-level communications
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation (e.g., CFI)
- Experience managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets
