- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, carbon-neutral AI)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven impact models
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Monitor global regulatory shifts affecting emerging tech adoption and compliance strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
