Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)

- Portfolio of implemented futuristic technologies (AR/VR, blockchain, etc.)
- Deep understanding of climate tech and sustainable innovation models
- Certification in technology forecasting (e.g., Horizon Scanning Methodology)
- Strong network with academic institutions and national labs
