Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and ethical AI frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and sustainability teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning analyses to identify emerging threats/opportunities (2026-2030)
- Design governance frameworks for autonomous systems and blockchain-based supply chains
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board with ROI modeling
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders Academy program
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in future-focused roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in Nature/Science on exponential technology trends
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020+ tech predictions that materialized
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems (US/EU)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., PESTLE, STEEP analysis)
