Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy with 5+ in future forecasting
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience with global tech policy frameworks (UN ITU, WEF)
