- Mentor a team of 5+ specialists in emerging technologies
- Secure $2M+ in annual R&D funding through compelling proposals
- Track competitor innovations and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies (AI/quantum/sustainability)
- Proven track record of launching products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent-tier journals
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Deep understanding of tech policy implications (e.g., AI Act, quantum export controls)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive experience
- Proficiency in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
