- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead innovation sprints for emerging tech (quantum computing, AI, biotech)
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget and vendor partnerships for cutting-edge solutions
- Identify and integrate disruptive technologies into product development pipelines
- Build and lead a high-performing team of futurists and technologists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in C-suite or director-level roles
- Proven track record launching breakthrough tech products (3+ examples)
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience scaling tech operations across global markets
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
