Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology strategy roadmap for 2026+ initiatives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for tech adoption pathways
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future tech priorities
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic implementation success
- Represent company at global tech foresight conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech assessment
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (e.g., quantum, AI governance)
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level stakeholder management
