Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology strategy aligned with market evolution and societal trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic computing, bio-integrated systems) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and design teams
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI/ML deployment and responsible automation
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, etc.)
- Strong background in ethics frameworks for AI/automation
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
