Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Advise C-suite on technology investments and regulatory implications
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and disruptor startups
- Drive sustainability initiatives through circular tech adoption
- Present future tech scenarios to investors and board members
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in exponential technologies and future forecasting
- Proven track record scaling tech innovations to enterprise level
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Published research or patents in emerging tech fields
- Background in tech hubs (SF, SV, or similar innovation ecosystems)
