Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead competitive analysis in emerging fields: quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy shifts affecting innovation landscapes
- Drive innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption cycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, quantum, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation funding
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
