Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for sustainability and human augmentation
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Collaborate with venture partners to incubate and scale breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property portfolio development
- Mentor junior researchers in ethical tech implementation and futurist methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 8+ years of strategic tech leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum projects from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, ISO 21434)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE Spectrum)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Experience with blockchain-based IP management systems
- Certification in Sustainable Technology Innovation (STI) or equivalent
