- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future tech into current offerings
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory developments
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers and industry talks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong presentation and executive communication skills
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or equivalent methodology
