Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on achieving operational excellence and market leadership by 2026.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, IT management, or product development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and software development lifecycles.
