Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing) and their disruptive potential across industries
- Develop and implement strategic technology roadmaps spanning 2025-2027 with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market research to identify innovation opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and secure buy-in for technology investments
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging tech and evaluate ROI/scalability
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation within the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to executive teams
- Published thought leadership or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience working with agile methodologies and startup ecosystems
