Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Innovation
- 15+ years in executive tech leadership with proven 10-year strategic planning track record
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, nanotech)
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to commercialization
- Deep understanding of global regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., SWOT, STEEPLE, Delphi)
- Portfolio of implemented future-focused initiatives generating >$100M ROI
