Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, Web3, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Build partnerships with tech incubators, research institutions, and venture capitalists
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget and pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
- Drive cultural adoption of forward-thinking methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Executive communication abilities to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
