- Secure partnerships with DARPA, NASA, and EU Horizon initiatives
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and venture capital stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget allocation for emerging tech incubation
- Author white papers on metaverse interoperability standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Quantum Physics or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on exponential technologies
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions to enterprise level
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor roadmap and quantum computing architectures
- Experience securing federal grants for advanced R&D projects
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Strong network with IEEE and World Economic Forum tech councils
