- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and government initiatives
- Create executive-level reports on technology's societal impact and ethical implications
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling business cases and ROI projections
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching industry-defining products with $100M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in futures forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Experience navigating complex regulatory landscapes for frontier technologies
- Exceptional communication skills to translate technical concepts for C-suite audiences
