Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including AI ethics, biotech augmentation, and climate tech
- Lead moonshot projects with $10M+ budgets, from ideation to MVP launch
- Establish strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and research institutions
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and government innovation boards
- Mentor a team of 15+ specialists across engineering, design, and futurism disciplines
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through thought leadership and white papers
- Monitor global tech trends and geopolitical impacts on innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio of launched products with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AGI alignment, neurotech, or climate modeling
- Experience securing government grants and venture capital for experimental projects
- Published author in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry white papers
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages and proficiency with strategic foresight frameworks
- Track record of leading teams through 0-to-1 product development cycles
