Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or AGI frameworks

- Advanced degree in CS, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or disruption forecasting
