Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, metaverse infrastructure) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in Web4, biotech convergence, and sustainable tech
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to co-create the future
- Present compelling tech roadmaps to C-suite and board members with clear ROI projections
- Mentor a team of futurists and technical architects in cutting-edge methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in at least three of: AI governance, blockchain scalability, quantum applications, or neurotech
- Successful track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
