We are seeking a visionary Future Tech Lead (Vision 2026) to architect our roadmap for the year 2026 and beyond. This is a high-impact role where you will bridge the gap between speculative future trends and actionable engineering strategies.

Responsibilities
- Define the Vision 2026 Roadmap: Create and execute a comprehensive technological strategy to ensure Nexus Future Labs remains a market leader by the target year of 2026.
- Lead Emerging Tech R&D: Spearhead research and development initiatives in AI, Quantum Readiness, and Edge Computing to identify viable product opportunities.
- Bridge Strategy & Execution: Translate high-level visionary goals into concrete engineering roadmaps, collaborating closely with product and design teams.
- Talent & Culture Building: Assemble and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Resource & Budget Management: Optimize resource allocation and budget management to ensure high-impact projects are delivered efficiently and within scope.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3-5 years in a Senior or Lead role managing large-scale, distributed teams.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of modern software architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of identifying future tech trends and successfully integrating them into business strategies.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree is preferred).
