Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and oversee the development of scalable quantum algorithms integrated with deep learning models.
- Lead Technical Vision: Define the technical roadmap for Horizon 2026, identifying emerging trends in quantum supremacy and edge AI.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a diverse team of engineers, researchers, and data scientists in advanced software development practices.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional departments to translate complex scientific concepts into user-friendly applications.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure high availability and efficiency of our hybrid quantum-classical systems.
- Research & Development: Conduct proof-of-concept experiments to validate new quantum approaches for real-world business challenges.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically focused on AI/ML or Quantum Computing research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Qiskit or Cirq frameworks. Strong understanding of neural networks and machine learning pipelines.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve ambiguous problems in emerging technology landscapes.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
