Responsibilities

- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world latency and computational efficiency.

- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field with a focus on Quantum Mechanics.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML architecture and software development.
- Extensive experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar) and quantum simulators.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed system design.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and quantum cloud services.
