Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Quantum-Enhanced AI systems designed for 2026 readiness.
- Lead cross-functional teams in high-stakes R&D to define AGI protocols.
- Define technical roadmaps for integrating neural networks with quantum processors.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers in advanced algorithms and hardware-software co-design.
- Collaborate with academic partners to validate theoretical models in real-world scenarios.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability for global deployment.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in high-stakes R&D environments.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with quantum hardware (Qiskit, Cirq) and cloud computing platforms.
