Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and implement scalable microservices architectures capable of supporting next-generation AI workloads and real-time data processing.
- Lead Technical Vision: Define the technical roadmap for 2026, evaluating emerging technologies like quantum computing interfaces and neural networks to drive innovation.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and rapid prototyping.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure systems are resilient, secure, and optimized for low-latency performance in high-concurrency environments.
- Standards & Compliance: Establish and enforce engineering best practices, code quality standards, and security protocols across the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with extensive experience in distributed systems and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, large language models (LLMs), and edge computing architectures.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Ability to navigate ambiguity and make critical architectural decisions with incomplete information.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
