Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define the long-term technical vision and architecture for our AI platform, ensuring scalability and future-proofing for the 2026 era.
- Lead Strategic Innovation: Spearhead R&D initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Manage High-Performance Teams: Mentor and recruit top-tier engineering talent, fostering a culture of technical excellence and rapid prototyping.
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate complex futuristic concepts into deployable solutions.
- Optimize Infrastructure: Oversee the migration to cloud-native architectures, ensuring security, latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Establish Industry Standards: Set best practices for code quality, AI ethics, and data governance within the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role within the AI/ML or Tech sector.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) architecture.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
