Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of next-generation Generative AI models and Spatial Computing interfaces.
- Define the long-term technology roadmap for the 2026 product line, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate abstract concepts into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, VR/AR, and Web3 to drive innovation within the company.
- Oversee the deployment of infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Rust, with a focus on AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Proven track record of designing scalable systems for cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI architectures.
- Strong understanding of Spatial Computing concepts and immersive UI/UX design principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
