Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI and Quantum computing systems tailored for 2026 operational needs.
- Lead the engineering roadmap, defining technical vision and strategy for emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, researchers, and product managers.
- Optimize algorithms for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency in next-gen hardware environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI or Quantum computing leadership roles.
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proven track record of delivering complex systems in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
