Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI and Machine Learning pipelines for real-time data processing.
- Lead the Research & Development team in exploring emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Neural Networks, and Edge Computing.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance optimization across all cloud environments.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Define technical roadmaps and evaluate emerging technologies to drive strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI/ML and full-stack development.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern JavaScript frameworks (Next.js, React).
- Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
