Responsibilities
- Architect and drive the '2026 Technology Roadmap', focusing on next-generation AI, spatial computing, and Web3 integrations.
- Evaluate and pilot emerging AI models and frameworks to ensure our tech stack remains 2-3 years ahead of industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams to translate futuristic concepts into scalable, market-ready products.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify disruptive trends and technologies poised to impact our industry by 2026.
- Advise the executive board on strategic investments, M&A opportunities, and internal R&D initiatives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for emerging tech pilots and report on ROI to key stakeholders.
- Represent FutureForge at top-tier global tech conferences and industry panels.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or emerging tech R&D.
- Deep, demonstrable understanding of advanced AI/ML, spatial computing, and decentralized ledger technologies.
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive, high-impact technical products from concept to commercialization.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for non-technical executive audiences.
- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments or leading tech incubators.
- Strong network within the Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and emerging tech startups.
